Bow Construction Management Service, Inc. is a family-owned, full-service construction management company with humble beginnings. Established in 2008 by co-founders William H.Q. Bow and Alejandro “Alex” B. Pascual, Bow CM started out with just 3 full-time employees, represented by the 3 kalo leaves on our logo. Today, under the leadership of the Pascual Brothers (Alex & Ariel), Bow CM has grown to house offices on Kauaʻi and Oʻahu, as well as personnel based on Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, and Maui.

Our body of work serves as evidence of our expertise and experience. Through steady and sustainable growth, we have the resources and flexibility to deliver on multiple projects. Additionally, Bow CM can provide support services during project conceptualization, budgeting, design, and development, including probable cost estimates and scheduling.
